Thanks to our long experience we mould a wide range of polymers: from commodity materials to high-performance engineering polymers, also reinforced with glass fibre, glass beads, carbon, Kevlar, mineral or mixed fillers. Alongside thermoplastics, we have a department dedicated to thermoset moulding.

Polypropylene
Elastic and glossy, ideal for mechanical applications and everyday components.

Polyethylene
Excellent insulating and chemical properties; versatile, from insulators to food containers.

Polystyrene
Light and economical, also used for thermal insulation.
ABS
Acrylonitrile butadiene styrene
Glossy finish and good impact resistance: ideal for housings and aesthetic parts.
PC
Polycarbonate
High toughness and transparency: lenses, covers and insulators for electronic components.
PC-ABS
Polycarbonate / ABS
Rigidity and impact resistance at both low and high temperatures; used in automotive and electronics.
PA
Polyamide
Good wear resistance and self-extinguishing properties: ideal for technical parts.
POM
Polyoxymethylene (acetal)
High rigidity, dimensional stability and low friction: gears, clips and precision components.
PMMA
Polymethyl methacrylate
Better known as “Plexiglas”: thanks to its transparency it is a valid alternative to glass.
PVC
Polyvinyl chloride
Rigid or plasticised, with good resistance to chemicals and weathering: fittings, profiles and technical components.

Polyphenylene sulphide
High mechanical, thermal and chemical performance: a valid alternative to metals.
PPA
Polyphthalamide

Polyether ether ketone
Excellent chemical and mechanical properties, also used in the biomedical field.

Dedicated department with compression and transfer presses from 60 to 200 tonnes.
BMC
Bulk Moulding Compound
Bulk glass-fibre-reinforced polyester: dimensional stability, heat resistance and electrical insulation.
SMC
Sheet Moulding Compound
Reinforced polyester in sheets, for larger, highly rigid parts: panels, covers and housings.
Phenolics
Phenolic resins (Bakelite)
High heat resistance and excellent electrical insulation: electrical components and parts exposed to heat.
Melamines
Melamine resins
Hard, glossy surface, resistant to scratches and heat: household items, handles and electrical components.
Ureas
Urea resins
Good insulating properties and a wide range of colours: switches, sockets and electrical components.
